We are looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about helping our customers through value-based conversations. Our office is made up of a team driven for success by providing a unique customer experience. I am committed to building a culture where everyone does meaningful work and is recognized for their efforts. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Being enthusiastic about building relationships with customers over the phone, virtually and in person.
  • Learning the role through our in-house training and then being able to respond to sales inquiries, service inquiries and claims inquiries.
  • Utilizing our proven follow-up quote program, to bring on new customers.
 What will make you successful:
  • 2 years of experience in (sales role, customer support, retail, or the food service industry).
  • Your ability to learn quickly and multi-task. 
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Having an optimistic and positive attitude.
  • Your ability to communicate well – written, verbal and listening. 
  • Must be able to obtain the Property & Casualty license.
  • You like to work hard and play hard.
  • Living local, ability to work from the office. 
 Total Compensation (Salary, Commission & Bonus): 
  • Salary
  • Uncapped Commission
  • Annual Bonus (subject to office qualification)
  • 18 days of combined vacation, personal time, and sick days
  • Health & Dental Benefits/Life Insurance Benefit (after 3 months)
  • RRSP match program
 
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
